The Maintenance Method of The Oven
Oven normal maintenance:
1, Burn the oven to keep clean, and don't have any leftover food or charcoal or grease.
2, Put the oven in a dry and ventilated place
3, Cover the oven with a grill
4, Don't press the weight thing on the oven
5, A baking net can apply a layer of cooking oil to prevent rust
After barbecue
1, Natural out (charcoal stove), such as the fire burn oven temperature down to room temperature after removing ashes, to wipe burn oven, basin of the baking and baking net can be cleaned with water and cleaning brush.
2, Dry the oven with a clean dry cloth.
3, Coat the baking net with cooking oil.
4,Place the oven in a ventilated/dry place.
